Outlaws of Will is a passion project I had been thinking about for a while. I wanted to create a game with branching storylines, where multiple characters could (or could not) come together in the end to achieve a goal. (Spoiler: Defeating the Demon King). I spent most of my time working on sprite creation and inventory mechanics and feel like I learned a lot of new techniques that will help in future game development projects.
I definitely want to continue this in the future, although I'm not sure if I would keep it as a 2D platformer. 3D has always been the goal for this game, I just need to brush up on my modelling skills first. I'd like to add in the other 3 characters and the micro-choices that impact the game.
